Two striking silent areas on the Web: things one can do to protect against radiation and to remove radioactive particles from the body, and general predictive studies outlining the future of the planet given the increasing radiation not merely from Chernobyl and Fukushima. I suppose people wish to keep their jobs and grants. This problem greatly exceeds any sort of climate change which humans could survive and have in the past. Yes, on the whole the Web is strangely silent.

There is a run of bubonic plague going on on the west coast. There is also an uptick of viral menningitis in tokyo.
