Massive Convoys of Trucks Going to and Leaving Fukushima Daiichi in the Middle of the Night

This blue truck was the most unusual among them:
 

I recommend watching radiation levels carefully in case this is an atmospheric event.

That said, my guess is that something has happened with the flow of contaminated water into the ocean given the headline posted yesterday by Enenews, which was derived from this TEPCO press release (http://www.tepco.co.jp/cc/press/2015/1247139_6818.html). Enenews article:
